Cynthia
Owner / Operator
Cynthia trained in Sydney under a Master Groomer then returned to Hawkes Bay after ten years and started up Village Grooming in 2007. Being in the driver’s seat, Cynthia insists customer service and communication are crucial in executing client requests. As an owner operator, she is passionate about giving a great experience for both pooch and owner. Cynthia’s dogs: Jack, Gus, and Wally also attend work on occasion.
Magda
Team Member
Magda, a certified dog groomer is the Senior Stylist to join the team. Moved from Australia where she trained under Master Groomer. In Sydney she operated corporate grooming salon and was a team member at an award winning salon. With passion for dogs, background in animal care and customer service, she values personalized aproach to each client, safety and comfort of every pooch.
At home she looks after long-coat diva German Shepherd Geri.
Zarvinia
Team Member
Zarvinia has been part of the team since 2018. An intermediate stylist who is meticulous in her work with a quiet demeanour animals are drawn to. At home Zarvinia cares for her dogs, cats, birds and fish.
