Here at Village Grooming we are committed to ensuring your beloved dog has the highest quality grooming experience and result possible. Village Grooming has been established since 1997 and our groomers are all fully trained and qualified with many years of professional experience.
Our premises are spacious & inviting, and all our equipment is the top of the line: you can be rest assured our groomers have the latest available technology at their fingertips to provide the best possible result for your dog. Here at Village Grooming we do not ‘cage dry’ your dog – we believe our hands on approach is less stressful for our canine clients, and it also results in a much higher quality finish.
We also believe your dog deserves not only a high quality groom, but also a fun and stress-free experience so we provide a safe, spacious and fully supervised area for play and socializing. For our less active canine clients, we provide quiet and well-appointed rest areas for relaxation.

WASH & TIDY
- Includes: Warm hydro bath, fluff dry and brush out. Tidy up of face, paws and hygiene areas.
FULL GROOM
- Includes: Warm hydro bath, fluff dry and brush out. Nails clipped, ears cleaned. Combination of clipper and scissoring skills to create a lovely finish.
PAWFECT PAMPERS
BERRY FOAMING FACIAL
- Treat your dog to our gentle foaming facial cleanser. Ideal for smelly, messy faces. This will brighten and leave a delicious berry fragrance. Safe tear-less and sulphate free.
TEETH BRUSHING
- Improve doggy breath with our peanut tasting toothpaste followed up with a minty oral dental spray that helps fight bacteria.
NAIL GRINDING
- Sharp claws? Why not try out nail grinding which helps prevent nasty scratching
FLEA RINSE
- A safe, gentle flea and tick treatment with natural pyrethrin which contains no alcohol or solvents.

Dog Grooming FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
We are here to put your mind at ease. If you’re a new client to Village Grooming you may have a few questions about how the grooming process works. We invite you to take a few moments to browse through our frequently asked questions below.
It’s important to have your puppy groomed as soon as they can so they can get used to and learn to love the grooming experience. We recommend they come in two weeks after their last set of vaccinations. During their first visit your puppy will be introduced in a relaxed and fun way to the sights, sounds and smells of a grooming salons ensuring that future visits are stress free. We will then give your puppy a Wash and Tidy, which is the perfect first groom and not too overwhelming.
We allow two hours for a groom. If we finish earlier we can call or text you for collection.
We are flexible for our busy clients. Discuss with Cynthia your schedule when making the booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
As your dog loves you very much they will wiggle and move around trying to get close to you which is not safe while we are grooming. It is best to drop your dog off at their scheduled appointment time and then come back when the grooming is finished.
The length and type of your pets coat will determine how often your pet needs to be groomed which can be assessed at your appointment.
Our earliest appointment is 8am with the last appointment being 2:30pm.
